Important information:
- Each additional guest: 9 Euro per day
- Children up to the age of 3: stay free of charge
- Children up to 10: 6 Euro per day with 2 full-price adults
- One-time fee for pets: 25 Euro
- Additional fee for short stays (less than 4 nights): 10 Euro per rental per day
- Early departure or late arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the base price
- Prices include the following: Fresh linen and towels at arrival, taxes and fees, heat, water, and final cleaning.
- Please bring a bed/blanket for your pet.
Payment:
Cash or check (ATM is located in the neighboring village of Luttach).
After we receive a deposit of Euro 100 (Euro 50 for short stays), we consider your reservation binding. We will contact your upon receipt of the deposit.
