Each additional guest: 15,00 Euro per day
Children up to the age of 2: stay free of charge

One-time fee for pets: 50,00 Euro
Additional fee for short stays (4 nights): 10,00 Euro per rental per day
Check in is at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, check out is at 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Give us a call and we will be happy to accommodate additional arrival/departure times, if possible.
Early departure or late arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the base price
Prices include the following: Fresh linen and towels at arrival, heat, and water.
Please bring a bed/blanket for your pet.

A local tax is charged for people over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.
The landlord reserves the right to change the allocation of the apartments to the guests!

Cash or check (Card payment not possible, ATM is located in the neighboring village of Luttach).
After we receive a deposit of Euro 200,00 we consider your reservation binding. We will contact your upon receipt of the deposit.
